I had a pretty mixed experience at Aregai Marina residences. The location in Santo Stefano al Mare is lovely, and there was plenty of local entertainment. However, the housekeeping was lacking, and the rooms didn't feel fresh due to the infrequent cleaning. The beach right in front of the hotel wasn't great, which made us go to nearby beaches instead. Overall, it had its charm but also its issues.
